Welcome!
Wow, almost two years without an update! I'm long overdue...
I created this page to house photos of my various cars and toys.
It's just a small, personal website so I can host photos and some details about my stuff, for others with similar interests.
I try to keep these pages updated, but they don't get updated all that often.
Rob
The Cars
- 2005 Dodge RAM 3500 4x4 Quad Cab 6-speed
This replaced the Suburban. It's nice to have a real truck again!
- 1989 Honda Prelude 2.0Si
This was a deal. I wanted something small, easier to park, maybe a little bit fun, but most of all, better on gas than the tr>uck. I paid $350 for it with a popped timing belt. I put a new motor in it and now it runs like a top!
- 1987 Subaru GL 4WD Wagon
This was another deal. We needed a family car, and for $400, this did the trick. It's been running great for a year (knock on wood). If/when it finally dies, we'll likely replace it with a new Outback.
The Toys
- 2006 Keystone Raptor 3814 Fifth Wheel Toyhauler
Another great deal! I was going to get another Lance, but this came along at a great price, so I had to get it. It's HUGE, but I love the space!
- 2005 Polaris Sportsman 800 EFI
This thing is amazing. The power is unreal and the fuel economy is nothing short of amazing, thanks to EFI!
- 2002 Yamaha Grizzly 660
This is one of the best 4x4 utility quads out there. Even after 4000+ miles, it's still one of my favorites.
- 2005 Arctic Cat M6 Snowmobile
Finally back on an M-series snowmobile! Got it cheap, now before next winter, it'll get rebuilt and be a 700.
- 1998 Arctic Cat ZR600 Mod Snowmobile
Given to me by a friend, we brought it back to life!
- 2007 Giant Trance 3 Mountain Bike
I added this one to the stable because it got great reviews and rides more comfy than the NRS.
- 2001 Giant XTC NRS 1 Mountain Bike
This is an awesome mountain bike! That's all I can really say.
- 1996 Haulmark Snowmobile trailer
I found this little gem in the local paper at a really good price, so I snatched it up. It's tiny, but it'll do just fine for now. Photos coming soon.
- 2006 Home-Built ATV Trailer
I wanted a smaller, lighter trailer for towing the quads around on short trips, so I bought a welder and build this one.
The Cats
- Spot
He's my very first cat. I got him at ten weeks old from some people in Texas. He just turned eight in May. He's without a doubt the most lovable cat I've ever met.
- Sebastian
I adopted Sebastian when he was two years old, from the daughter of an executive for a company that I was contr>acting with back in Kalifornia. She was moving back east to go to school, and needed a new home for her cat. Sebastian is all about attitude. He wants to be my best buddy all the time, and he has a cool personality. But he also has a very typical cat attitude.
My Websites
- ATV Explorers
This is a website detailing (mostly in photos) the various tr>ips my friends and I make all over the Western USA, exploring the various ghost towns and abandoned mines. We all have a str>ong interest in history of the Old West.
- PredatorOwners.com
I initially developed this site and had it live within 72 hours. It's a message forum for owners of the new Polaris Predator sport quad. I will be developing this site and launching new message forums utilizing this software, which I hope to eventually sell.
- PolarisRiders.com
Running on the same, ever-expanding code that the Predator site uses, this new forum is for owners of Polaris utility ATVs.
- GrizzlyOwners.com
A site for Yamaha Grizzly owners.
- RinconRiders.com
A site for Honda Rincon owners.
- Sierra Sledders Forum
This site is for snowmobilers who frequent the Sierra-Nevada mountains of Northern California.
- Big Sky Sledders Sledders Forum
This site is for snowmobilers who ride in Montana.
- Toyhauler Forum
This site is for owners of Toyhaulers.
- F-Body.Org
This was my original website. It's an enthusiast site for owners of GM's F-Body cars, which are the Camaro and Firebird.
This site has been up since mid-1996. I haven't yet decided if it will stay up or not. With talk of a new Camaro coming in 2009, the site may yet survive.
